Professor Dr. Ahmet Öber was born in Bursa in 1951. He received his high school education at Kadıköy Anatolian High School with its new name, Kadıköy Maarif College.

He completed his specialization in the faculty and radiation oncology at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty. He won the British Council scholarship and continued his post-residency training in London for 1 year.

He continued her academic career at Cerrahpaşa Medical School. He became associate professor in 1985 and professor in 1992. He worked in managerial positions at Istanbul University, Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty and professional associations.

In 2008 he resigned from his post as professor at the Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. In 1998, he started Continuing Education Coordinator position in Breast Cancer.

He works as a private physician and carries out his treatments in various treatment centers depending on the technological requirements.
